The Field School is a diverse, classical Pre-K - 8th grade school that feeds the hearts and minds of children through rigorous study rooted in a Christ-centered environment. Founded in 2017, we are animated by the dream of providing an exceptional education to children from all backgrounds. Our unique learning community is racially and socioeconomically diverse, and we reserve more than half of our seats for students from low-income backgrounds each year.

Facilities Technician
The Facilities Technician completes the assigned daily work schedule as prepared by the Building Engineer. These tasks can be but are not limited to maintaining cleanliness and ensuring the overall upkeep of the school facilities both indoor and outdoor in all seasons. Please note this position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, kneeling and standing for long periods of time, and the use of cleaning agents & equipment.
Cleaning Assistant
The Cleaning Assistant completes the assigned daily cleaning tasks as prepared by the Building Engineer. These tasks will ensure the overall upkeep of the school facilities. Please note this position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, kneeling and standing for long periods of time, and the use of cleaning agents & equipment.

Before Care Aide
A passion for The Field School’s distinct mission and history. Ability to execute age structured programming for students while displaying love and care. When necessary, implement natural consequences at the direction of your Supervisor. Punctuality and effective communication skills are required. Experience with childcare and programming is preferred but not necessary.
