The Field School is a diverse, classical Pre-K - 8th grade school that feeds the hearts and minds of children through rigorous study rooted in a Christ-centered environment. Founded in 2017, we are animated by the dream of providing an exceptional education to children from all backgrounds. Our unique learning community is racially and socioeconomically diverse, and we reserve more than half of our seats for students from low-income backgrounds each year.

Before/Aftercare Aide
The Before/Aftercare Aide helps create a space for continued growth and learning outside of the regular school day. This role implements consistent and fruitful programming for students while also providing supervision that prioritizes the children’s safety.
Hours are 7:00-8:15 AM and/or 3:30-6:00 PM while school is in session (approximately 37 weeks). This position is likely not to be scheduled every day, but rather the schedule will vary based on program needs, as determined by the Before and After Care Coordinator.
